Faith Formation


Family Catechesis Program 
This program is for parents and their children who will be preparing to receive reconciliation and first Eucharist. 

Catechesis of the Good Shepherd.  This curriculum is for children who are 4 or 5 years old or entering Kindergarten.

Grades 1 through 8
In this program we teach our Catholic faith to the children. Students attend classes on a weekly basis. They also receive instruction in preparation to receive, as a class, the sacrament of reconciliation and first Eucharist. Young People’s Sacramental Program
f a child in grades 3-12 has not received the sacrament of baptism, reconciliation or Eucharist, they are enrolled in an initiation class which meets once a week for instruction. They will receive the sacraments when they are deemed to be ready.

Confirmation (Grades 9-10)
Students attend two years of classes in preparation to receive the sacrament of confirmation. In conjunction with these classes, the students also participate in the youth group which offers a social setting for Christian living in today’s world.  Click here to download the Registration Form.  


Various classes are scheduled with local or guest speakers, forums, film and book discussions and discussion groups for interested adults. Classes will be announced in the parish bulletin.

Come Home Ministry
Catholics who have not been active in the church are prepared to return to full and active participation. Download the Come Home Contact Form (available on the downloadable forms page) and return the completed form to the parish office or contact Barbara Hall at 520-625-4319.

Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA)
Adults who have not been baptized, who have been baptized in another Christian denomination or baptized Catholics who have not received the sacraments of Eucharist or confirmation are prepared to be fully initiated into the Catholic faith community. Contact Bill Hall at 520-625-4319.

Adult Bible Study
Provides the opportunity to study the scriptures in accordance with sound, authorized Catholic teaching.
